I found this 30 day abs challenge from Women's Health and thought that that sounds a bit like me. I have a serious mummy tummy thanks to growing a human and I NEED to get rid of it. Thankfully summer is still a way away but I need to gt rid of it ASAP. So if you are keen to have a go with me, I am going to start it next Saturday, 1st June and do it for the month.
