I always get swept up in the excitement of running with the group, rather than making a conscious effort to run at MY pace. My Garmin has saved me from that!<br /><br />I'm actually pretty good about remembering to work my core! I can admit that strength training has kind of taken a backseat for the marathon, but I do planks several days a week (sit-ups and crunches are basically rubbish).<br /><br />My favorite post-run fuel is any kind of carb, really! A normal night of sleep is 6 hours for me and I would really like to get at least 8 hours but there is no way that I can get to bed by 8pm!
